‘Can-Survive UK is a small charity with a laser-like focus on meeting the needs of primarily the African and Caribbean population in Greater Manchester. The charity goes beyond offering direct support for individuals through its influencing work, collaborating with major organisations to help shape cancer services to be more inclusive and responsive to the needs of their community. Can-Survive UK is now rightly being recognised for its important contribution across the region.’
