The Fragile X Society

The Fragile X Society is one of winners of The King's Fund and GSK IMPACT Awards 2008. The society provides personal support and information for the families of children with the inherited learning disability, Fragile X, and it spreads awareness and funds research on the condition.

Genetic Interest Group

Genetic Interest Group is one of the winners of The King's Fund and GSK IMPACT Awards 2008. The Genetic Interest Group is an alliance of more than 140 organisations who work together to improve understanding of genetic disorders.

Lymphoedema Support Network

Lymphoedema Support Network is one of the winners of The King's Fund and GSK IMPACT Awards 2008. The Lymphoedema Support Network is based in London and run by patients for patients living with lymphoedema.

Merseyside Diabetes Support Group

Merseyside Diabetes Support Group is one of the winners of The King's Fund and GSK IMPACT Awards 2008. The charity provides information on diabetes for patients and their family and carers.

N-compass

N-compass is one of the winners of the 2008 The King's Fund and GSK IMPACT Awards. The charity, based in Blackpool, help bridge the gap between service users and service providers, assisting young people and adults with advocacy and support.

PARC Essex

PARC Essex is one of the winners of The King's Fund GSK IMPACT Awards 2008. The charity was set up to provide leisure activities for children with learning disabilities and respite breaks for their parents.
