2021 GSK IMPACT Awards: Streetwise Young People’s Project

Streetwise exists to support the physical and mental health of young people aged 11-25 in Newcastle by providing wrap around services, six days a week. It provides advice and information, sexual health services, mental health support and counselling as well youth work with those affected by disadvantage, isolation, harm, hate crime or abuse.
