What have previous participants said about TeamDynamics?
'We took advantage of The King’s Fund TeamDynamics course and had the realisation that our management team was in fact a leadership team and we needed some management in our structure. We changed the way we work, learnt about psychological safety and discovered our WHY – we now have a powerful leadership team and are reaping the rewards for our charity.'
Jill Quinn MBE, CEO, Dementia Forward

Our approach to team coaching
The following core principles underpin our approach to team coaching:
Co-creation: team coaching is a dynamic partnership between the coach and the team, fostering mutual growth and shared insights.
Relational excellence: our coaching intervention is a collaborative, co-created process, tailored to the specific context and priorities of each team.
Whole-person approach: we develop the team’s capacity for self-awareness, encouraging mindfulness not just of thoughts and concepts but also of the emotions and behaviours they inspire.
Empathy and emotional intelligence: we prioritise the cultivation of emotional intelligence, enabling participants to respond more effectively to the needs of both their team members and patients.
Experiential learning: our approach encourages teams to engage deeply with their current experiences, experimenting with new ways of thinking and acting to foster meaningful change.
Adaptability and resilience: we equip participants with the tools to navigate change confidently, fostering resilience in the face of challenges.
Systemic insight: we recognise the impact of the broader context on team dynamics, helping participants to understand how external factors influence team behaviour and decision-making.
