Naja is an organisational development consultant, supervisor and executive coach. She has extensive experience of working with senior leaders on system-wide change. Her previous clients include Sirona Care and Health, NHS Resolution, Turning Point and West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. 

Naja’s practice is anchored in building a strong client relationship and draws on complexity and whole-systems approaches. She works with clients to discover together what is going on in their system and to co-create realistic and hopeful ways forward. She is the course director for CIRCLES, The King’s Fund’s leadership programme for women, co-lead for the Fund’s compassionate leadership strategy, and part of faculty for the Fund’s Advanced Organisation Development course. 

Before joining the Fund, Naja was a senior leader in the Cabinet Office. She has experience from international organisations, including the OECD and the EU. Naja holds Masters degrees in Organisational Change and in Law, diplomas in organizational development supervision and coaching, and is accredited by the Tavistock Institute to coach for senior leaders and boards. She is accredited in MBTI I and II and in StrengthScope and is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD.
