Naja is an organisational development consultant, supervisor and executive coach. She has extensive experience of working with senior leaders on system-wide change. Her previous clients include the Cabinet Office, the Department for Transport and Public Health England.
Naja’s practice is anchored in building a strong client relationship and draws on complexity and whole-systems approaches. She works with clients to discover together what is going on in their system and to co-create realistic and hopeful ways forward. Her research interests include the impact of providing safe spaces for leaders to reflect on their practice.
Before joining the Fund, Naja was a senior leader in the Cabinet Office. She has experience from international organisations, including Consumers International, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development and the European Union. Naja holds Masters degrees in Organisational Change and in Law, diplomas in organizational development supervision and coaching, and is accredited by the Tavistock Institute to coach for senior leaders and boards.
