Jeremy joined the Leadership and Organisational Development team in 2021 to support leaders across health and care facing the challenges of complexity and integration to create more effective, efficient and person-centred ways of getting things done. His practice is anchored in the combination of complexity-friendly and psychologically informed approaches to service design, leadership and change.
Jeremy holds a BSc in mechanical engineering and began his career in manufacturing. After gaining an MBA, he has accrued more than 25 years’ experience in international, multi-sector consulting and senior leadership roles, including a spell as Director of Quality Improvement at the Care Quality Commission. He has co-designed and taught several Masters programmes applying systems thinking in service organisations and is currently a Visiting Fellow at Newcastle Business School, contributing to its academic and practical work on human learning systems.
