We spoke to Carolyn Otley, Community Resilience Coordinator at Cumbria CVS about what has kept communities resilient through the multiple waves of the Covid-19 pandemic.
She told us about the unique role that communities have played in responding to local needs. As we start to move out of the pandemic, Carolyn highlights the importance of paying attention to how people want their communities to change, and encourages leaders to think about how they can make space for community action in their plans for recovery.
