The office space for rent is located in our central London building on Cavendish Square, a short distance from the heart of Soho and the West End.

A unique home for like-minded organisations
We offer the opportunity for small to medium-sized organisations to rent office space for a minimum tenancy of three years. The accommodation is situated within an impressive Grade II-listed Georgian townhouse and comprises 3,573 sq ft of office space arranged on the ground floor and three upper floors. All the spaces have air conditioning, perimeter and underfloor trunking, and there is lift access to the offices on the upper floors.

The King's Fund is situated in the heart of London's West End. Close to shops, theatres, restaurants and the Royal Colleges, it is conveniently located for all the main London railway stations and tube lines.

The King's Fund's venue, No.11 Cavendish Square, offers 30 event spaces for meetings, conferences, private dinners and receptions including a 248-seater lecture theatre.
