The stages of OD consultancy at The King’s Fund
Stage 1: Understanding the problem and establishing partnership
We begin by exploring your organisation’s challenges and opportunities, helping you address conflicts, tensions and expectations. Together, we build trust and agree on roles, responsibilities and a roadmap for success.
Stage 2: Data gathering and collective understanding
We collect and analyse relevant data to gain a deep understanding of the influences contributing to the problem, ensuring that our approach addresses the root causes.
Stage 3: Developing the OD action plan

Stage 4: Taking action and adapting

Stage 5: Review and recommendations
