We spoke to Prerana Issar, the Chief People Officer for the NHS to ask her why leadership is so important during the Covid-19 crisis.

She spoke about the importance of inclusive, distributed leadership, of finding ways to bring in different voices and helping leaders to consider the world after Covid-19 as well as the decisions they're having to make in the heat of the moment.

She reflected on her experience of working at the UN and how we need to focus on developing a learning and improvement culture, the self care of leaders and supporting team resilience.
