Leading through Covid-19

We spoke to Ian Bullock, Chief Executive of the Royal College of Physicians, about how leaders can find solutions in complex situations.

During the early phase of Covid-19, the RCP developed an ethical framework to help frontline staff dealing with a pandemic. Ian explains the lessons from this framework in the video.

He also outlines how leaders can add value to the work they do by acting with integrity, modelling positive behaviours, and putting their values — and the values of their organisation — at the heart of the decisions they make.
