Professor Yvonne Doyle CB FMedSci brings over 40 years’ experience as a public health doctor, having worked in senior roles in the NHS, government, the academic and independent sectors.
Recent roles included leadership for health for the population of London and Statutory Adviser to consecutive Mayors of London; leadership in England for health protection during the Covid-19 pandemic; and the first Medical Director for Public Health at NHS England.
Yvonne currently acts as a senior adviser to the WHO Europe on ageing in good health. She also holds several other roles, including as a non-executive at a London teaching hospital and a trustee of a UK charity for homeless persons, as well as academic teaching.
