Toby is an organisational development and change consultant working with teams, organisations and systems to help sense-making, development, and strategic focus and action. He has a deep interest in the work of collaboration and integration and how people work with, and acknowledge, power to enable that to happen.
Toby has worked on projects supporting the integration of health and social care across North Wales; supporting a group of clinical commissioning groups in preparing for and moving into the integrated care system landscape; and delivering leadership development in an acute trust, enabled by innovative digital design and delivery.
He has a Masters in people and organisational development and is currently studying for his PhD. Research-informed practice and practice-informed research are his passions and he works in partnership with clients to co-design work packages that support and enable participants and the systems and organisations they work in.
