Sharon Nash is a Senior Consultant in the Leadership and Organisational Development Team. She has a wealth of experience as a behavioural science specialist working across both the commercial and public sectors to co-create impactful cultural transformation.
Before joining The Kings Fund, Sharon was an organisational consultant in the commercial realm. Her most recent focus was within the health and care sectors, where she led several service improvement projects and curated a number of leadership and cultural transformation programmes.
Sharon is also a board member for ODNE, the European professional association of Organisation Development practitioners.
