Rich Stockley

Head of Research and Engagement, Surrey County Council and Surrey Heartlands Health and Care Partnership

As a social research specialist with 17 years' experience, Rich has spent much of his career at large research agencies such as Ipsos MORI and Kantar.

He joined Surrey County Council in 2014 to direct their social research programme and make the organisation more evidence focused. He has since taken on the additional role of Head of Research and Engagement at Surrey Heartlands Health and Care Partnership and is currently directing a programme of research and co-design with its citizens and staff aimed at transforming health and care services in Surrey.

As well as experience in social research, he has been extensively involved in research in other sectors including consumer goods, retail, finance and media.
