Natalie is Senior Adviser to the Chief Executive of The King’s Fund. She has worked in health and social care policy, research and leadership development at a national and local system level and with provider organisations for nearly two decades.
Before joining The King’s Fund, Natalie worked with NHS trusts, integrated care systems and local authorities on organisational strategy, board and leadership team development, and cross-system collaboration. Before that, she spent 14 years at the Department of Health and Social Care leading a range of policy areas, working closely with ministers and parliamentarians, including in ministerial private offices. Policy portfolios included capital and infrastructure strategy, health and social care integration, primary care, commissioning policy, legislation and Darzi quality framework implementation. In 2014, Natalie went on secondment to the Health Foundation as a Policy Fellow, conducting policy analysis on a range of areas including international comparisons of health systems, performance targets in the NHS, and the impact of funding gaps on quality of care.
Natalie has an MSc in Health Policy from Imperial College London.
