Martyna Baxter is a programme co-ordinator in the Leadership and Organisational Development team, where she plays a key role in delivering a variety of open programmes and commissioned projects, both virtually and in person.
Prior to joining the Fund, Martyna worked as an Events Officer in the charity sector, managing and coordinating outdoor events of different scales, showcasing her strong skills in partnership development.
She is also a Community Champion, helping grassroots organisations build financial sustainability. Additionally, Martyna is involved in project management for community-led cultural initiatives.
