Margot joined The King's Fund in May 2026 and works as an analyst in the policy team.
Before joining the Fund she worked at the British Medical Association (BMA) as an economic analyst and later as a research adviser specialising in General Practice, providing evidence for annual GP contract negotiations with NHS England and the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC).
Previously, she worked as a researcher at the University of Essex and the Mental Health, Ethics and Law group based at King's College London. She holds a PhD in Philosophy.
