As part of the leadership and organisational development team, Karolina works on a number of the Fund’s commissioned programmes including The London North West Hospitals NHS Trust and Kettering General Hospital NHS Trust Leadership Development Programmes, Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Great Ormond Street Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Executive team development programmes and Doncaster Clinical Commissioning Group Building Collaborative Leadership programme.
Before joining The King’s Fund in Autumn 2017, Karolina worked at the ESCP Europe Business School coordinating a Masters in Management programme. Karolina has an MSc in Organisation and Management from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
