Dana James-Edwards
Former Head of Diversity and InclusionDana was the first ever Head of Diversity and Inclusion at The King’s Fund. She joined the Fund in 2021 during the pandemic and left the Fund in December 2022.
Her role was to make sure that the entire team at The King’s Fund are heard, feel valued for the differences they bring, and are able to feel that they belong and that they can succeed and thrive.
A native Trinidadian, Dana has now lived in the UK for over 15 years. She has spent the entirety of her career helping organisations to build diverse brands and workforces that are representative of the wider world around us, while shaping inclusive cultures where people want to stick around. Dana is also a trained and certified mediator, coach practitioner and certified Mental Health First Aider.
