Caroline Woolland is responsible for leading human resources at The King’s Fund.
Before joining the Fund in April 2025, Caroline held a range of people leadership roles in private, public and not-for-profit organisations. Her early career was at the BBC, where her work included making radio programmes and heading the BBC’s career coaching service. After the BBC, Caroline worked in various organisations, including Fox International Channels, Zaha Hadid Architects, Visit Britain, the CBI and the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. She is an Associate Non-Executive Director for Barking, Havering and Redbridge NHS Trust and a Fellow of the CIPD.
