Becky Seale

Becky left The King's Fund in 2016.

Becky joined The King's Fund as a consultant in our Leadership Development team in June 2013. With a background in social research and participatory methods, she has more than seven years' experience of carrying out research and engagement for the public and private sector. She has a particular interest in the role that non-traditional voices can play in leadership, policy development and governance.

Becky works on several leadership programmes here at the Fund, including Board Leadership for Foundation Trust Governors, Shared Leadership with Patients and Leadership for Public Health Trainees. Becky also established and managed the experts by experience group providing advice to the Commission on the Future of Health and Social Care in England. She has provided research advice to our Women in Leadership programme and ran and co-authored a piece of qualitative research for the Revalidation Support Team, published here.

Before joining The King's Fund, Becky was a senior associate director at TNS BMRB, one of the leading providers of social research to Whitehall, specialising in qualitative and deliberative research. Previously Becky was at Opinion Leader Research, working on amongst other things, a large number of public and professional consultations informing the Darzi and Marmot Reviews.

Becky has a first-class honours degree in English Literature and French from the University of Manchester and is a board member of Healthwatch Hackney.
