About the role
We are looking to strengthen our Board with new trustees who bring specific expertise in finance, audit and risk, property law, and communications and health and care leadership. These are areas where your knowledge will have direct, practical value to the organisation and to our vision for a world where everyone can live a healthy life.
The Board of Trustees works with the Senior Management Team to deliver its strategic objectives and overall vision. We are now seeking new members who will bring experience and expertise to complement that of existing trustees.
The role is non-remunerated. There are four Board meetings each year, plus a half day strategic planning meeting, and trustees also contribute to the wider work of the Fund on a mutually agreed basis.
