Vijaya Nath

Assistant Director, Leadership

Vijaya Nath is Assistant Director, Leadership Development at The King's Fund. She heads up the Fund's work on medical leadership and has significant experience in the design and development of innovative leadership programmes and senior organisational development consultancy.

Vijaya is director of the Fund's  Senior Clinical Leaders, Personal Impact and Influence and Global Health Leadership Forum programmes, co-director of its female executive leadership programme, Athena, and directs and designs a number of international study tours that feature learning from health and non-health organisations, including Kaiser Permanente, The Virginia Mason Institute and Humanitas. 

She is a visiting Professor at Milan's SDA Bocconi School of Management and is Facilitator and Chair at The Windsor Leadership Trust. 

Vijaya has a degree in modern languages and politics and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (Adult Learning) and an MA from The Institute of Education, University of London. She is a European Mentoring and Coaching Council accredited coach.
