Liz Saunders

Liz Saunders joined The King's Fund in September 2008 following seven years in management roles in the NHS.

She has experience in working across a variety of services and specialities within the NHS from acute sector operational management to commissioning and working within a strategic health authority.

Her most recent operational role was in a general management capacity within a tertiary acute organisation. She also held responsibilities within the service development directorate of the organisation.

Liz has worked on a number of programmes with clinical and non-clinical staff including the East of England aspiring directors programme, general/financial/HR management training schemes and a London network for leaders of the productive ward programme.
