Making best use of the Better Care Fund: Spending to save?

Announced by the government in the June 2013 spending round, the £3.8 billion Better Care Fund is a single pooled budget to support health and social care services to work more closely in local areas. Our evidence-based guide aims to aid the discussions between CCGs, local authorities and health and wellbeing boards as to how the grant is used.
