Our submission to the Health and Social Care Select Committee’s inquiry into social care funding and workforce issues highlights some of the key pressures and challenges that the sector is facing. Social care funding remains below 2010 levels; this has meant that fewer people have been able to access support while demand continues to rise. Our submission sets out some reforms the government could make to address these issues and improve access and quality across social care.
