Having read part of the role/resposibility/targets of the Clinical Commisioning Group i believe it is based on pure cost rather than peoples health and social needs. I believe in reality it will be the accountants that will be controlling the NHS and there will be in the future moves to drive down treatments people need because of it has before under this government and will happen again.
