The programme provides an important opportunity to learn how local areas can use major new housing developments as an opportunity to promote population health and deliver integrated care. Completed project Older people’s experiences of district nursing services This project was done to improve our understanding of quality in district nursing services by learning from the experiences of older people receiving care, their informal carers and district nursing staff. Completed project Quality in community health services The project explored how providers of community health services in England are monitoring, managing and improving the quality of their services. Completed project Specialists working in out-of-hospital settings This project looked at new models of service provision in which specialists deliver, or facilitate the delivery of, care outside of the traditional hospital setting.
