Active project Quality improvement in mental health care Our project focuses on clinical and non-clinical leaders in NHS mental health care trusts to understand how they can help build a culture of quality improvement within their organisations. Completed project Mental health in the vanguards The King's Fund is working in partnership with the Royal College of Psychiatrists to understand the extent to which opportunities for mental and physical health integration are being realised in the vanguard sites. Completed project Volunteering in general practice This project brings together information on volunteering in general practice across England. Active project Our work with CQC on a tool to assess leadership and culture in primary health care We've partnered with the Care Quality Commission to develop a self-assessment tool aimed at improving leadership and culture in primary health care. Completed project Pressures in general practice This project aims to increase our understanding of the workload in general practice and why GPs report feeling under so much pressure, and to make recommendations about what might be done. Completed project The evolution of clinical commissioning: learning from local experience We worked with the Nuffield Trust to understand the development of CCGs and the challenges they face. Completed project Mental health and long-term conditions: the cost of co-morbidity We worked with partners to review the research evidence on the extent of co-morbidities and their impact on the quality and cost of care.
