Suzie Bailey appointed Director of Leadership and Organisational Development

The King’s Fund has announced that Suzie Bailey has been appointed as its new Director of Leadership and Organisational Development.

Suzie, who is currently Director of Leadership and Quality Improvement at NHS Improvement, will join The King’s Fund in July 2018. She has worked in health care for 26 years and was at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust before taking up her national role four years ago.

Suzie will build on the work of outgoing director Marcus Powell in developing The King’s Fund’s leadership and organisational development work to support health and care organisations.

Suzie said: ‘I am thrilled to be joining the team at The King’s Fund and look forward to continuing to collaborate with people and organisations across health and care on leadership and culture. I’d like to thank my team at NHS Improvement and colleagues across the system for their encouragement and support in driving vital work on leadership, culture and improvement.’
