Bringing together leaders from international health systems that have undergone whole-system change, and examples from sustainability and transformation partnerships, new care model vanguards and other initiatives in England, this conference explored:

  • how local areas are redesigning services to support greater integration
  • organisational and system changes that can support a move towards accountable care.
