The King's Fund annual conference 2019: delivering population health

This content relates to the following topics:

With a series of keynote speeches, panel discussions, inspiring workshops and first-class networking opportunities, our annual conference is a highlight of the health and care system calendar.

Our 2019 annual conference will shine a spotlight on how local areas are building important relationships across the system to deliver population health. Our report outlined where we are trying to get to and provided a framework for population health. One year on, now is the time to come together and explore how we are going to make that vision a reality and progress made so far.

Group discounts available - find out more

There is no single blueprint for a local population health approach: each area will need to work out what approach and – importantly – what arrangements for leadership and accountability will work best for their context. This event provides an opportunity to share transferable learning from different approaches and join the dots between actions being taken by all parts of the system.

Whether you’re an established or aspiring leader in the system, policy maker, academic or lay person with an interest in population health, we look forward to welcoming you to another inspiring and informative event.
