The Circles programme is a unique leadership development programme that brings together women from across the health and social care system to learn and support each other to develop, irrespective of role, seniority or experience.
In addition to the programme, we are now pleased to launch an online speaker series for anyone working in health and care.
Speakers will share their views and experiences of contemporary issues of social and economic justice through a gendered and intersectional lens. They will also reflect on their personal experience and story as women and their own leadership.
There are four speakers in each series, aligned to the four seasons of work the Circles programme is organised around. Each session lasts ninety-minutes, with time for you to engage with and ask questions of the speakers. It is also an opportunity for you to learn, develop and engage with peers on these issues.
All money raised by these ticketed events goes back into the programme and maintaining scholarships for women from underrepresented backgrounds.
