We spoke to Sharon Allen, Chief Executive at Arthur Rank Hospice Charity, about how they've been managing across the social care system during the pandemic.

Key to being able to sustain their efforts over this extended period of stress has been giving the team permission to 'take a breath' and review how things are working.

Sharon also shared how the hospice has had to rapidly adapt to using more digital technology, which has led to a more 'blended approach' to working.
