The Schwartz Centre Rounds seem vital and perhaps one of the few times that people from different disciplines can get together and share their experiences. There are too many professional silos out there in healthcare and academia and these audio clips have inspired me to push a little more to help make the boundaries between them more permeable.

Have just discovered this programme from an article in the Guardian newspaper and immediately feel it is something I would like to be involved with in retirement. And want to know more. Staff are under such pressure and any such support can only improve the reason d'être of patient care.
