Dear Mr Lamb,
I have sent an e-mail to your office offering our assistance in early patient release from hospital, and also attended the CCG Conference at Excel last week where 'integrated care' was being widely discussed.
I manage the nursing dept of a long established provider of live-in care and nursing, and would welcome the opportunity to discuss how we may be of assistance to the NHS in relieving pressure by nursing patients in their own homes.
we have the experience and ability to make a real difference.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards, Nicola
