Have we made further progress in what good looks like. particularly A DESCRIPTION OF A WHOLE SYSTEM APPROACH WITH METRIX AND STANDARD.
examples of procurement is confined to integrating out of hours and NHS 111 which does not constitute an integrated urgent and emergency health and social care system.
there is a need for a whole new system of workforce planning and development aligned to new ways of working.
