Dr Judith Smith, Head of Policy at the Nuffield Trust, and Professor Chris Ham, Chief Executive of The King’s Fund, share the findings of their research into how NHS commissioners have been commissioning better integrated services and care for people in local areas.   

This was part of the 2011 conference: Commissioning for integrated care, this conference looked in detail at how to commission for integrated care, including the challenges and opportunities for keeping integration at the heart of NHS reform and best practice examples on delivering real co-ordination of services and integrated pathways of care for patients.
