Harry Cayton OBE, Chief Executive of the Professional Standards Authority, gave the keynote address at our event, One year on from Francis. Harry gave his assessment on what he describes as the 'patchy' progress being made on what he thinks are the four key elements of the Francis Inquiry report: transparency, accountability, patient-centredness and culture change. Harry also discussed what helps create a culture of good quality and how this evidence can be used in the NHS.
