In his keynote address, George Crooks OBE, Medical Director and Director of Scottish Centre for Telehealth and Telecare, NHS 24, discusses how technology can be used to provide accessible health information, advice and clinical decision support tools for health professionals and the public in Scotland.

This was recorded at the International Congress on Telehealth and Telecare 2012. The congress was organised by The King's Fund and the University Medical Center Utrecht (UMC), to bring together key speakers from around the world to showcase innovations and best practice in the deployment of telehealth and telecare.
