Carolyn Johnston, Consultant Anaesthetist, St George's Healthcare NHS Trust, details her experience of the Darzi Fellowship and the organisational development programme at The King's Fund.
Carolyn explained how the leadership programmes helped her to overcome some of the challenges she faced as a medical leader. She asks that more work should be done to encourage junior doctors to try and change things, and to help them to manage their work-life balance.
