Marcus leads the leadership and organisational development team and works with the team to design and deliver leadership and organisational development interventions across the health and care sector, as well as facilitating leadership programmes.
Before joining the Fund in 2016, Marcus spent seven years as group human resources/organisational development director for Nuffield Health, where he led work on business integration through organisational development interventions that created a quality environment with value-led leadership at its core. Before this Marcus was part of the leadership team at Ashridge Consulting working with organisations across a wide variety of sectors on change, innovation and leadership interventions. His early career was spent as a buyer for Marks and Spencer before taking up the role of group learning and organisational development director.
He holds a Masters in organisational change and consulting and a Masters in executive coaching as well as being accredited in a range of psychometric instruments.
