Kiran joined the leadership and organisational development team in April 2019. He has a broad experience of the health sector having held roles including acute service management, commissioning, provider capacity and capability building at national level, and as a strategy consultant. His most recent work prior to joining The King's Fund focused on provider leadership policy development, talent management, and increasing the professional diversity of board-level teams.
Kiran enjoys working with groups on their development and is an experienced facilitator, team coach and action learning facilitator. He has research interests in complexity and practice theory, and has been inquiring into relational perspectives on expertise, practitioner shame and ethics in organisation development.
