Janet Wilson is an executive and leadership coach and consultant. The work she undertakes has a particular focus on developing the personal, political and strategic awareness.
After a career in marketing and business development in South Africa, Janet moved to the United Arab Emirates where she trained as a teacher. She was employed at the local British Curriculum School and the Higher Colleges. When she relocated to live in the UK in 2004, she set up her own business, Creative Impetus Associates Limited.
Janet qualified as a coach in 2003 and then completed further training as an NLP Coach in 2004. She is accredited (PCC) by the International Coach Federation and has since completed training as a coach supervisor accredited by Chester University. In addition to coaching, she has continued to develop her skills in individual and group work and successfully completed a certificate in group analysis with the Institute of Group Analysis in London.
As an associate of The King's Fund, Janet is a presenter, facilitator and coach for participants from organisations across the UK.
Janet is an Ambassador for the International Coach Federation in the UK and actively participates in projects designed to further the profession.
