After a spell as a lecturer in a West African university, Grant began a career in leadership and management development. During that time he worked for two different training organisations before setting up his own training company with three colleagues.
In 2003 he branched out on his own and now operates under the banner of his own company, Leading Edge Performance Development Ltd. From 2005 to 2010 he combined this with his work as Programme Director, Work Based Learning for the Centre for Excellence in Leadership, in London.
Grant has designed and delivered leadership and team development programmes for many different companies, as well as the public sector, and has had a long-term relationship with the NHS.
He is an accredited facilitator for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and is qualified for Level A and B occupational tests by the British Psychological Society.
His principal interest is in helping organisations to be more successful through developing the skills, abilities and self-confidence of staff. He works with clients to design and deliver the training, coaching and development that they need for their circumstances.
