Deena leads the Information and Knowledge Services (IKS) team. She has overall responsibility for all the services delivered by the IKS team and is accountable for generating income from externally commissioned bespoke services and products. She actively participates in external partnerships to maintain the team’s profile within the health library sector and works collaboratively with other health organisations. Deena is involved with groups including the Association of Pall Mall Libraries and Consortium of Independent Health Libraries in London.
Before joining the Fund, Deena worked as an information service manager for an international law firm and before that worked in library roles in academic institutions.
Deena is a qualified coach practitioner, accredited with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She has an MA in library and information studies from University College London and a degree in music and history from the University of Roehampton.
