Deena is responsible for running and developing high-quality information services at The King's Fund. This includes managing the resources held in the information centre and off-site collection, leading research support services, overseeing the enquiry service and producing literature searches. She ensures all information services deliver excellent customer service, are responsive and produce high-quality outputs.
Before joining the Fund, Deena worked as an information service manager for an international law firm and before that worked in library roles in academic institutions. She enjoys sharing best practice in delivering specialist information services and is involved with groups including the Association of Pall Mall Libraries and Consortium of Independent Health Libraries in London.
Deena is a qualified coach practitioner, accredited with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She has an MA in library and information studies from University College London and a degree in music and history from the University of Roehampton.
