Christy Stylianides

ICT Services Manager

Working within the ICT team, Christy is responsible for the development and delivery of IT services and solutions. She develops and applies processes, policies and procedures to promote best practice in the implementation and use of IT services. She works to strengthen the relationship between IT and business colleagues and seeks to ensure continuous service improvement.

She also manages the Fund’s IT service desk and the use of IT service management tools and provides technical expertise and training for products including Microsoft Office 365, Windows and SharePoint.

Christy has 25 years’ experience in IT, holds a business degree and a Masters in computing science. She is a member of BCS, the Chartered Institute of IT, and is ITIL® and PRINCE2® certified. She is interested in a variety of IT frameworks and methodologies including IT4IT, FAST IT, DevOps, Lean IT, ISO20000 and Cobit.
