CJ joined The King’s Fund in November 2023 as a policy and research trainee. His areas of interest include mental health, workforce development and digital health.
CJ works as a mental health nurse Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, and has worked in acute, community and triage settings, where he maintains clinical practice, while contributing to policy and research across various specialisms.
He is a workforce panel member on the NIHR Health and Social Care Workforce Research Unit (HSCWRU). He has previously held a role on the RCN International Committee and has contributed to research on nursing policy, health inequalities and patient safety.
