Leaders in today’s NHS and social care operate in a climate of considerable pressure with widespread challenges in meeting quality and financial targets combined with greater emphasis placed on working collaboratively across systems. Being a leader in the health and care sector including voluntary and community services is increasingly complex and the need to support them and their teams has never been more important. 

Our development focus supports organisational development (OD) and system leadership through to individual and team development and we wish to recruit an additional senior consultant to support our work.  The successful candidate will join a dynamic and experienced team of consultant staff to work with a range of health and care organisations in situ.  As a senior member of the team you will also have an opportunity to design and deliver a range of King’s Fund leadership and organisational development programmes and work with colleagues across the Fund to support delivery of our new strategy and charitable objectives.

This role offers you a great opportunity to bring positive change to organisations in the health and care sector. You’ll work directly with organisations using recognised organisational development approaches to help them co-create change. You’ll also play a central role in designing and delivering our leadership development programmes and in identifying new business opportunities.  

With a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field, you’ll be a credible expert. You should have senior operational experience and be able to develop people and to inspire and influence others.
